Can't see him getting anywhere near the WC squad. Think even Bobby Z and his lifesize poster of Nicola T would be get a call up before him.
I think Sturridge has the right manager to turn him into a quality player, and enough good supporting players to help him get there, but you have to question his attitude really. That could be the key to whether he turns into a star or not.
